OESCA recognizes one student per county as the Franklin B. Walter All-Scholastic Award recipient. Recipients were required to demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and community service as indicated by high school grades, test scores, school and community activities and awards. 

The ESC of Eastern Ohio awards one scholarship to a student from each county that we serve.

ESCEO Nine and Dine 

Scholarship funds are raised through our annual Nine and Dine Golf Scramble to benefit the Franklin B. Walter Scholarship.

The 2022 Nine and Dine was held June 13, 2022 at the Mill Creek Golf Course. The event wouldn't be possible without the generous support of our sponsors, contributions from local businesses and organizations, and the participation of administration and sponsor teams at the event.
